2012 Cutwater 28 Prop Zinc

Hi everyone. I went to replace my prop zinc from a stock I had supplied by factory. The Martyr CMPN-F is too big and spins freely, the -E I purchased to try the next size down is too small. What's up? The old one is gone so no reference there. It seems that the prop hex nut and cone underneath is 1 3/4 " with an inside depth of 2 3/4 " required on the zinc. Your input appreciated.

Just replaced mine too. Seems the supplied bolt is too long. Old zinc had a fender washer at aft end to take up the slack. I found two lock washers that fit inside the zinc to fill the gap.
