2013 27 RT access to thruster receiver?

My remote is in need of pairing to receiver and am looking to find the behest way to access it. Thanks! Anne
 
If it's like my 2013 R27, it's behind the circuit breaker panel by the helmsperson's right knee. IIRC, the panel is held in place with a screw in each corner hiding under a pop-off plastic cap.
 
Thank you! I was hoping that wasn’t the case. Maybe I’ll tackle another project first 😀
