Hi Mike, Gratitude will be in attendance. This will be our first Ranger Tug rendezvous and we are looking forward to it. Thanks for the early notice.

Hello Mike, we would love to come to the gathering.

I called to make a slip reservation but the gentleman I spoke with (it wasn't Tim) said that they would prefer going thru one person and the coordinator would fax/send in all the info at once. So we are in.

Thank you
Heart Tug

Well,
When I spoke to Tim the manager he said that last year it got a bit confusing so he would prefer if we booked direct. So I would suggest you speak with Tim. Perhaps I misunderstood him, but that is what he told me. If after you speak with him he tells you differently, please let me know so I can follow up with their protocol with everyone.

Will do, thank you!

I'm in. We will be there for the month of February  so we have our own reservations.

Hello all,

It seems Palm Island has changed things around a bit, so here is the new protocol for reservations. If you are staying a month or longer call them direct and make your reservations and still tell them you are with the Rendezvous. All others e-mail Carol Whittier gipetto58@yahoo.com and she will put you on the list and will also ask for your contact info etc.

Thanks,

Mike Rizzo

Count Santolina and her crew in to participate in the Rendezvous. This will be our first FL rendezvous. We are looking forward to it. Will send an email to Carol to request dockage.

Jim and Lisa on Kismet plan on attending and looking forward to seeing everyone in February.

We are tentatively planning to join all of you in Florida. I have sent Carol our information. Looks like "Andiamo" will make her way to her 1st Florida Rendezvous!

IMPORTANT

I apologize for some confusion on reservations, but I got some more definitive information from Palm Island and a slight push on the dates. They have another group in before us and our dates are now: arriving February 7th and departing February 10th. I hope this change in dates works for everyone. Additionally, all reservations, regardless of length of stay, must go through Carol at gipetto58@yahoo.com.

The updated schedule is fine with the crew of Santolina. Thanks for staying on top of the situation and ensuring we will have dock space.

Gregg and Kathy
Santolina, R25SC

Is this going to be the last date change or is there a chance of another change? We have family that have paid for airline tickets and made visiting plans based on the original dates. The change is not appreciated after being told to make reservations as soon as possible in earlier messages.

Mike:

We understand things like this come up that you, we or anyone else could not have had any control of, thanks for letting us know as soon as you found out. We'll adjust our schedule by the one day without any problem and look forward to seeing everyone in February. Thanks for the work you and Carol are putting in to make this third annual event happen.

I would say our facility needs have been resolved. However, with boating nothing is definite so you may still want to figure getting there a few days earlier and leaving a bit later in case you have an issue arriving or your family's plane gets delayed due to weather. February can bring some bad storms up north.

Updated schedule works for Heart Tug as well. Thanks !

Count on "Moor Than" to be there for the rendezvous.
