2016 R29S Wipers

I’ve recently purchased a 2016 R29S and two of the 3 wipers are not working. Pushed on the fuses above the switches and all seems fine. Anyone else experienced this? Thoughts on where to check next?
 
I had one sticky motor, and if I went outside and 'pushed' it while the flip was switched to on, it would start moving and continue. I was able to adjust the stop/start positions by taking off the cover on the inside and adjusted the stops to fix it.
