Now we just need to decide a density...what do you think is a good density for most people comfort wise?The factory uses a proprietary special blend of fiber cement for the v-berth cushions. It’s a pain to remove and replace so most just add a topper. Usually 3-4” memory foam or latex foam topper depending on taste and how high you can tolerate the top of the mattress height. You can get different densities of foam to suit your sleeping needs.
Foam mattresses can be easily cut to fit unusual shapes and two large sections can be glued together if necessary.
