2018 Cutwater 242 Coupe - USB Plugs Not working

The USB plugs at the helm do not work. The little light is dark. I have not started troubleshooting yet but was wondering if there is a well known, common cause before starting.

I guess I did start troubleshooting, I checked the fuse.
