My horns failed and I am replacing them. I'd like to replace the wires as the exposed part is somewhat deteriorated and would need to be cut too short. I am also getting rid of the factory installed TV service. To do both of these things, I need access under this little platform. The big Robertson screws just turn in place and I can't see an access from below if there are nuts on those screws.
Anyone know how to remove this platform without damaging it? Is there an alternative way to access the wiring?
