2018 R31 air conditioners

Does anyone know how to access the air conditioners on a 2018 R31?

I have a 2019 R31 CB and the Air Conditioning is accessed through a panel at the forward end of the coffin berth.

There a a couple of screws holding the panel in once removed it comes right out.

If you need to work on the second air conditioner, it is most easily accessed by removing the refrigerator.
