I'm looking to order a spare Water/Waste Filler Cap for our 2020 R27. Anyone have a part number for that?

Thanks!

These are standard items that can be purchased from a marine store or Amazon.

For my R-25 Classic Tug I carry a temporary spare made from 1 1/4" PVC pipe fittings. It can work as an emergency replacement for all my filler caps.

Awesome! What part number is the standard cap? Typing Ranger Tugs water filler cap into Amazon didn't pull up the cap I was looking for 🙁 I called West Marine - they wanted a part number...

I don't need one right now. I'm ordering the correct part as an emergency replacement 😉

When you get back to the slip - are you leaving the pipe fittings on, or are you replacing the emergency fittings with the original cap? If so, what part number are you ordering? I bet they are the same on my boat. EDIT; actually they may be different parts for my 27OB vs your Classic 25..

Hi there,

This is a Whitewater Marine part, number 6006SEU-FT. They should be readily available from a number of vendors online. Hope this helps.

Cheers!

Ralf

There is nothing “ Ranger” about the caps. If you search “ Marine water filler caps” on Amazon and scroll down the result you will find several caps which will fit your Tug.The caps on the classic tugs are the same as yours. l just took a walk along a marine dock and checked both classic and recent OB models. The all had the same water caps.

Good to know! Thanks!
