It's a slow leak and I would just prefer to get it fixed sooner than later

Any suggestions would be great; I've been waiting on one guy for 3-4 months now

I just had the same issue and had it fixed under warranty. I don’t have the details, but I was told Ranger Tug sent a kit to my dealer and they replaced a couple seals. They made it sound easy.

My 2018 C242 had a small leak from day one. A reputable marine mechanic told me to just keep the fluid over the gears. It was apparently too full and since then I have not had a leak. Just a thought.

Thanks all, I'll contact FM and see about a new seal kit. It's something I can fix myself (used to own a hydraulic company) I just don't want to as the boat is new to me.

First time contacting FM and very disappointed, denied they had a kit or sent out parts for the pump.

So back to my original question on a mechanic in this area or the make and model number of the pump and I'll replace it myself

I called the part dept. and talked with Tim, very nice guy and helpful, he is looking for the info.

Should have called him first instead of customer service

For anyone interested company is Uflex and part number is UFLEX-UP25F-SVS
