The inverter in my new 2021 R-27 OB consistently overheats (showing a #7 error - insufficient ventilation) when operated with the air conditioner on. The inverter location in the small cabinet under the stove allows for virtually no ventilation even with the inverter’s internal fan running. For the moment I am operating the boat with the cabinet drawer open and an external fan aimed into the cabinet (certainly not a permanent solution).
I have been told that the factory is aware of this design issue and is working on a solution. Can you verify that information.
