We have a new 2021 R23 and want to be able to pull our grandkids on a tube. I cannot figure out how to attach the tow rope to be able to do so. There are no hooks on the stern, and I am hesitant to use the cleats on the swim platform because of the stress towing would put on them. Does anyone have a working solution for this? Thanks

I assume you don't have the pylon as on the 27?
Do you have the transom trailer tie downs?
If you do, you can rig a bridle to attach the tube's tow line.
Bridle length should be at least 3 times the width of the transom.
Suggest adding a float to the bridle to keep it out of the prop.
Add a ring on the bridle and attach the tow rope to that.
Also may want a retrieval line attached at the ring to bring it all back aboard.

We do this on our patrol boats and it works well.

Another option is the cletes on the gunwhale.
