Came down to the marina and the outboard was leaning to the starboard side of the boat (motor is in up position and out of the water). Straightened the motor back to the center position and an hour later it was leaning back to the starboard side. Position of wheel in the same position and hadn't moved. Checked the hydraulic fluid at steering and it is not low. Checked for leaks at fittings I can get at and no leak observed. Any suggestion on what is going on? This has never happened before in three years?

You might have a slow leak or air getting into the lines. I’d recommend topping off your helm with marine steering hydraulic fluid. It also wouldn’t hurt to have someone bleed the system, as you may have had air trapped in the lines that has since worked its way free. It should not take more than 10-20 minutes to bleed the steering system.
