Has anyone had luck with screens for the door or big window in a more recent (2023) RT29S? I am looking at one of the screen doors that velcro to the inside of the door frame and has magnets In the middle to keep It closed, but I don't know how to account for the angle at the top, port side of the door and how the velcro would work there to attach it.
Similarly, I can see putting a screen on the big window (where you can sit, but obviously would not be able to sit if there was a screen on), but the hardware would get in the way of the velcro and some sort of hole would need to be cut to account for this inside hinge hardware on both sides.
Screens here In one way or another would really help with airflow.
Thanks,
-Carrie

Unless it is above 90 deg, I would not use a door screen. I got a custom non split door screen made. It works great. I only used it when I lived on boat and above 90 deg. I carry a box fan and a table top fan on the boat during warm months in Seattle. I went with a custom screen because it was cheaper and didn’t have to wait long. RangerTug used to sell them yet they were very expensive and had a four month wait. The custom screen was a one shot deal from a coworker. He won’t do more. Skip the big window screen

For airflow we frequently keep the door and rear window open on our 2023 R27. If anyone has figured out a good bug screen solution to allow the ingress of air without the bugs, please let us know. Here in Florida it is bug season almost year long.
