Interesting – I am also driving up by Car to the event, however, I just sent an email to the same address(zigracer@aol.com) for the promised scheduled events schedule and so far it has not been rejected however, there has been no reply …

I received an email from zigracer@aol.com today regarding the event. We will be there!

Our dock is north of the Rt 1 highway bridge in Mystic and we have been dealing the the Mystic drawbridges since1971. We always plan on arriving at the RR bridge at 20 past the hour—20 minutes before the scheduled highway bridge opening. We monitor bridge traffic on Channel 13 and if we are cutting it close for the RR bridge closing, we will check with the RR bridge operator to see if he/she can hold for a few minutes.
