21 Tug

I have a 21 ft tug and am looking for ways to extend the bunk. Last summer we used a portable cooler to give the bunk a little more headroom length. Has anyone come up with a design to extend the wheelhouse bunk or provide a sleeping area in the stern?

I installed a section between the stern couch and the engine box. It makes a nice single berth or possibly a tight twin berth. There are pics in my album of the build. If you have questions, feel free.
