Hi 21EC owners, I have seen photos of a small removable table attached to the rear of the engine box on a few 21ECs. They all look similar. They look great. I want to fit one to my 21EC. Grateful if anyone can advise what brand it is or where I might purchase one. The main thing is the manufacturer or source of the bracket since teak tops are easy to source. I thought it may have been fitted by RT but they could not help. Much appreciated. Thanks, Ian

Ian,

I believe at least at one point this was an item of standard equipment. I have an un-dated brochure that lists it as standard equipment for a "Northwest Edition", which was the less expensive of the two "trims" described in the brochure. My used 2014 has one. It is very nice. Stainless mounting bracket fits into receptacle on back of engine box. I'm surprised someone at RT won't even talk to you about it. How do you mean "no help"?

Larry

Thanks Larry. Let me get back to Andrew. He just said the 21EC was discontinued two years ago and they did not make any parts any more. Really appreciate your response, Ian

It was an included item on our 2015. From what I have come to learn is that almost everything on the 21 is available from aftermarket dealers. Have you checked out the ‘Lagun’ table mount? In my humble opinion it is a better system and much more useable.

Being able to swivel the table would be very useful. How easy is it to remove that RV bracket for engine access? The Ranger table goes on and off pretty quickly despite friction on the mounting bracket.

Thanks everyone. Very useful. The original table was made by RT and they just don’t make it anymore. I will explore after market. Cheers and thanks, Ian

Check my album, we had one ordered from GB. 2 days later it was home! It swivel on the post too...
