22" Cabin TV

My 22" Majestic TV in the cabin shows a red (standby) light but will not turn on with either the remote or the on/off switch on the back. I have pulled the rear plugs and replugged them all. Any suggestions out there other than replacing the TV?

Hello,

Sounds like the TV may need to be replaced to get it working again. There could be a mixed bag of issues inside the TV or it has just failed. It might be a good idea to reach out to Majestic direct to see if they have some ideas to try, https://majesticelectronics.us, hope this helps.

Does anyone know of a DC powered Smart TV with built-in DVD to replace the factory Jensen model?
The TV is fine, but is not 'smart', so I can't cast to it from my phone, etc.

I plug a ROKU stick into my TV. Makes it smart and I can cast to it.

We added the Amazon stick to both TV's to allow streaming and use a Sprinnt MiFi for internet access. It works great.

+1 for Roku stick, we do the same on our TV. Be sure to get one with volume buttons on the remote -- it is a very nice and simple remote, and is much easier to use than the clunky TV remote if you have volume on it.
