27 ranger tug raw water issues

my 27r ob toilet won't suck raw water , but the wash down does. I checked filter at through hull and it good.
Macerator pump seems to be running fine but no water in the bowl .. ideas?

Mine only sucks water if I we are not moving . underway I use water from my sink.

I wonder if there may be a clog in the line. I am guessing you can hear the pump working when you push the button

Assuming all valves are open, it is most likely the impeller has failed. You could disassemble it to inspect it, but I would plan on just replacing it, so order a new one before disassembly. While you have it apart make sure to check everything for any clogs.

yes the pump is running just not pulling any water ... fortunately the discharge is fine I use hand held shower to rinse

All valves are open . I need to see how difficult it is to get to impeller
