3 questions, 2 easy one hard on R25sc

Question 1- I am putting some transducers on my boat the will protrude from the hull (probably around 2-3"). I am loathe to do this but it is the only way to get the sonar images I want. That being said it becomes more critical to have the boat aligned with the trailer when "taking out", (don't want to put nasty holes in boat from transducers hitting bunks). Does any one use these "guide bars"? All I can find is literally garbage that is not galvanized, too lightweight, and not tall enough to be of much use. I hope to buy something then fabricate the connection to the trailer to make it removable. I will really only need it when taking the boat out. If I can't find anything off the shelf I will be forced to make something which I don't have time to do.

Question 2- What to use to remove really stubborn water spots from windows?

Question 3- Does anyone have a side view of a R25SC while in slings? I want to place the transducers so I can still use the slings.

.. by "guide bars" do u mean the uprights mounted at the back end of the trailer rails to position the boat on the trailer ?? .. if so, altho a smaller version for an RIB Zodiac, I had a muffler shop make uprights of aluminized exhaust tubing, bent to shape and bolted to the frame rails with one flange on the end of the tubing and another on the inside of the trailer rail... Depending on the diameter of tubing used, just slip an appropriate size and length of PVC over the exhaust tubing.. exhaust tubing comes in various diameters and thickness .. stainless could be another option..

Question 2- What to use to remove really stubborn water spots from windows?

My windows and hatches were impossibly covered with water spots and nothing standard worked to get them clean. I finally discovered that Barkeepers Friend and a lot of scrubbing with a WHITE 3M pad did the trick real nicely. You make a past of the powder and rub it in, a small section at a time. Then clean off. It was a MAJOR project - lots of elbow grease, but it worked. The Barkeepers Friend can be bought at a grocery store and is labeled for use on windows. I called them prior to its use to make sure it would not damage them. I would not use a similar product, like Comet or other scrubbing powders.

Maybe somebody has an easier solution, but this one works.

Yes. Those bars are what I mean. I have given up trying to purchase and will be fabricating them if I do it at all. Thanks for your response.

Ditto on BarKeeper's Friend. The stuff is amazing. Removed stubborn rust stains from white fiberglass.

On question #2: Use good old Rain-X on the windows and when you wash down the boat after use a quick squeegee and windows are spotless. Little effort great results.

My Float On trailer came with guide bars that are tall and sturdy. They are in Vero Beach, FL....you may want to ask where they get them from.

I use a camping world called Gel Gloss its pink and I use the small 16oz for inside shower glass and side walls. Don't use it on floors or you will fall down. The I use the gal on all windos and crom and side top decks, put it on very two weeks out side and once a mouth in shower stall. In side widow to. Wipe on rub off. Try it.

I just used Amaz Clean and Green Water Stain Remover to remove the many very stubborn hard water spots that affected visibility on our 2013 21EC. The best way to use this product is to use a moist white scrubber with it and then a terry cloth to wipe it off after it has dried somewhat. I had to use the product a couple times to get off the worst spots. Will follow up later this week with Rain X. I love bar keepers friend but was afraid to use it on a sealed glass product. Good to know it worked well for that purpose. I have heard it takes off bottom paint if you don't wipe up spills- don't know if that is true.
