OK folks, here is the updated information everyone has been waiting for to attend this year's rendezvous. I realize this is a lot of information, so if you would rather have this information emailed to you, please send me a PM and I will email you this in a word document.
What? 3rd Annual Chesapeake Bay Pocket Yacht Rendezvous
Who? Owners and “On-Order” owners of any Ranger Tugs, Cutwaters, or C-Dory’s.

Arrivals welcome on either Friday or Saturday
REGISTRATION: Please register before May 5th. Registration cost is $50/boat or $25 per person coming by land. Please register with Pocket Yachts by calling 888-519-9120 and providing credit card information.
MARINA RESERVATION: Spring Cove Marina will take reservations directly from attendees. Just tell them you are attending the Chesapeake Bay Pocket Yacht Rendezvous. This will enable boat owners to qualify for the marina’s “Stay 3 Nights, Get One Free” promotion (does not have to be at the same time). Also, establishes an account for your stay (you can have charges applied to your slip #, much like a hotel or resort).
MARINA AMENITIES: Credit Cards: Visa, MC, Discover, Amex; VHF Monitor 16/09; Docks: Fixed; Electric: 30/50 Amps; Fuel: Gas & Diesel; Pump-Out: Yes; Restrooms/Showers: Yes; Laundry: Yes; Pool/Grill: Yes; Ice/Snacks: Yes; Wi-Fi: Yes; Cable: Yes; Pet Friendly: Yes; Ship’s Store: Yes; Groceries: 2 miles; Lodging: .25 miles; Restaurant: .25 miles. Free courtesy bicycles and vehicle shuttle.
ATTENDING BY LAND: You are most welcome to arrive “boat-less”. Nearby hotels include Comfort Inn, Hilton Garden Inn and Holiday Inn. Nearby Motel is the Back Creek Inn. Registration Cost for land attendees is $25 per person. Please contact the Pocket Yacht Company at 888-519-9120 to register. Please have your Credit Card information available.

Friday, May 30: 5:00-8:00 pm
ARRIVAL: Check In, Welcome Package, and Announcements This year our rendezvous theme is “The Best of the Bay-Cherishing the Chesapeake!”
6:00pm - ?? Boat Crawl, Cocktail Reception, Dinner: Take time to meet other boat owners and share each other’s boats. We ask that each boat brings an appetizer to share and your own drinks. Dinner will be on your own. The marina does offer a free shuttle service to take you to a nearby restaurant. Using your boat grill at the slip is prohibited.
Saturday, May 31:
0800-0900 Light Breakfast and Best Bloody Mary Contest Breakfast provided by Pocket Yachts and for the Best Bloody Mary Contest-Bring your own ingredients and let’s see who makes the best Bloody Mary.
0900 – 1130:
USCG Auxiliary Courtesy Inspections: Completely voluntary – Inspections assure you are cruising safely and legally. This is a free inspection, and no citations are given if discrepancies are found, only a sticker that tells the Coast Guard you are in compliance.
Crab Decks & Tiki Bars Presentation: Learn where the best eateries and cocktails are served on the Bay.
Factory Rep: Mr Andrew Custis will be available to answer any questions you may have.
1130- 1300: Lunch-On your own.
1300-1700: Calvert County Marine Museum. Learn about the Bay we use our boats in, only a quick walk away.
1400-1600: Solomons Island Boat Tour on Wm. B. Tennison. Enjoy a nice one hour tour of the area aboard a historic boat built in 1899.
1800-?? Dinner and Awards Presentation . A catered dinner is being planned with wine tasting. More details to follow. The dinner will be located at the picnic area.

0800 – 0900 Light Breakfast Breakfast provided by Pocket Yachts
0900 - 1030 Group Picture followed by a presentation by Bill Eggert, author of "Gentlemen of the Harbor".
1030-? Personal Time / Departure-Fair winds, following seas
