Today, we brought our tug to her winter sleeping shelter, Novy get's to spend the winter in a heated boat shelter. The winterizing process is done even if it's a heated building. This year, I wish that I would have used the tug more, I hope that next year we will get to do more boating... In total this summer, we spent 27 days onboard, the engine total hours this year is 115 hours, and we burned 164 liters of fuel (43 us gallons) 😎

We mainly used the tug on the canals such as Rideau and Richelieu canal. We went on the St Lawrence River twice in Quebec City, it was quite fun with the 15 feet high tides and 4-5 knots current :? Next year, we will more likely be in a marina in Levis, just across from Quebec City.

What a great tug, the only thing that needed attention this year was the packing gland and the joker valve. The engine has 275 hours now, almost new!

Anyway, the tug is gone, till next spring, At least, you fellow tuggers will be there with us for the winter on the forum 😀
