Hi all,

I want to take a minute to do something I should have done months ago: recognize @Bruce Moore . I’m sure most of you have noticed that Bruce hasn’t been as active on the site lately. While that’s bittersweet for us as a company, we’re happy that Bruce finally has some well-deserved time away from moderating. Bruce and Vicki are busy enjoying time between their home in Seattle and their river retreat on the east side of the state.

Bruce put countless hours into building this community and maintaining the tone and usefulness of TugNuts.com. He’s been the site admin since day one. He guided the company in building and maintaining the site, and he always went the extra mile to help users navigate the platform limitations of the old site. He also helped us plan and transition to the new site.

Bruce wasn’t the only one dedicating time and energy to TugNuts.com and the Ranger Tugs family. His partner, Vicki, has also put a lot into this community—and certainly shared a lot of her quality time with Bruce, with all of us. Bruce and Vicki have had multiple Ranger Tugs and were a big part of the early gatherings that grew into the large community events we enjoy today. They’ve always been humble about their role, never taking credit for being among the first to bring people together or stepping into the spotlight. But since I came to Fluid Motion in 2014, Bruce and Vicki have been consistent supporters of this community in both time and spirit. For that, all of us at Fluid Motion say thank you—wholeheartedly.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my personal appreciation, and the appreciation of Fluid Motion, for the time and commitment Bruce has given us. Beyond running this site, Bruce has been an incredible mentor to me over the years. I’m thankful for the time we’ve spent on the water together, and for all the great conversations we’ve had.

Thanks Bruce and Vicki!

Cheers to Bruce and Vicki! Your dedication to this site and the countless hours you both have spent keeping things running smoothly is greatly appreciated! Fluid Motion was blessed to have such dedicated and down to earth folks as part of their team.

As 1 year RT owners (2023 R27 OB), we offer our thanks and gratitude. TugNuts provides the sense of community we gave searched for in our 40+ years of boating. Thanks for your tireless effort!

This site is an integral part of what makes Fluid Motion so special for the extra miles the company goes to supporting your owners. Thank You!

Thanks Bruce and Vicki for all your years of support to this group! So valuable and so appreciated!

Thank you Bruce and Vicki! Bruce was always helpful and diplomatic when we have threads going a bit off target!

Thank you, Bruce and Vicki! Enjoy your next chapter. This is such an invaluable resource—I can't express enough appreciation for the years of work it took to get it here.

Since I started at Fluid Motion in 2018, Bruce has been consistently generous in sharing his insights and knowledge with our team, I've been grateful to learn from his advice. The amount of value he and Vicki have added to our community over the years cannot be overstated. We really appreciate them and all of their contributions.

I'll second what everyone else has said. Tugnuts has been both a great resource and a great community. Thanks Bruce and Vicki for all your hard work.

Thank you, Bruce and Viki, enjoy your time on the eastside! We live in a wonderful corner of the USA, in a state with stark contrast in topography between east and west.

Sam, thanks for the update/recognition shout out!

Hear, hear! As someone seriously considering buying one of these crafts it is so helpful (and part of my purchasing decision process) to see if support groups exist that are supported by active input from the manufacturers. I have run repeated websites and social media groups over 20 years and absolutely appreciate the constant work and time that go into it! Thanks to everyone who contributes!
