I have a c28 2013 with a 16k marine air system. Had the system running today in heat mode I went to turn it to AC. Turned it off and it would not turn back on. Display will not even light up. Called Marine air and did everything they suggested. Still n o luck. Does anyone have experience with this particular problem? Looks like I need a new display or circuit board.
thanks for any suggestions

Darin.

Well, after trying a new display I ended ordering a new control board should be here tomorrow. Will let you know how it goes.

had an issue with the unit not heating or cooling last year. inspected the refrigerant valves and found one of them was oily just by looking with a flashlight. Tech came and recharged the system, he tightened the valve and also used some of the sealant they place in the cap. System still working aok this year.

Well I got the ac all sorted out. I am extremely disappointed with cutwater on this one, actually mad as hell, this one could have killed me and my family. After replacing the electronics control board and display I lost all power to the AC. Had a disconnect in the black hot power wire to the ac unit. Decided to run a new set of wires from the breaker to the ac unit. What I found was a set of butt splices about a foot from the end of the wires at the breaker end. Three splices hiding behind the wall no box no tape just three crimped splices. The hot black wire finally burned through thankfully it did not burn down the boat with us inside. I know this was done at the factory as the wires at the splice had the tag stating it was the ac wire but unfortunately was cut 1 foot too short. I though I was buying a quality boat, now I know it is just another production boat with dangerously poor workmanship.
