After plugging shore power into boat is there anything else to turn on to get AC power? This is on a Cutwater 30 that was just delivered today. DC amp meter working but no AC power in house.

On my boat, I turn on three switches on the AC2 panel: relay, forward and aft AC. You also need to ensure that there's power going into both shore power inputs. This can be done with either two cables or a splitter.

Sorry I didn’t explain very good. I’m talking about the 120 volt power (Alternating Current, AC power). Plugged boat in but no 120 volt power.

Got it. Try resetting all the gfci outlets. If one is bad, it could affect all the others.

True but it should still show that I have the 120 source on the cabin meter right?

Yes, if you have shore cable going to both inputs and the AC selector switch is on the right one. You should also have 2 green lights.

Once the cable is plugged in with power the only breaker should be the ELCI breaker, located somewhere close to the shore inlet on the boat. Then you should see the 120 volts on the panel. Then you will probably have another AC Main breaker at the panel.

Thanks

I don't know if it's the same with the 30 but I have a 28 cut water and there's a circuit breaker underneath the stove hidden in the back of a cabinet.
