AC unit Fan not starting

2026 Cutwater C248.
Literally brand new.
Regardless of power source, the Fan on the AC unit will not kick on.
The computer cooling fan next to the unit is running, but the Fan, condenser or even the water pump will not activate.

Any ideas? (Both shore and inverter power sources have been tried, as has any and all attempts to flush any air bubbles or pockets from water intake/cooling hoses and water filter basket)

I have a 2018 C24 and in order turn our AC on we have to press the on button twice. The first time does something but the second time is when the water pump and compressor starts working. It took me a while to figure that out. We probably don’t even have the same type of AC unit but I thought I would put this out there.

Just an update - its brand new boat - was able to “tap” the water pump. Seemed to get the impeller rolling. It’s been good since.
Let’s hope it continues
