accessing the stern switch panel

I cant figure how to get into the back of the main electrical panel on the cutwater28.

I need to replace the remote meter for the solar charger as its totally given up the ghost. I plan on removing the unit from the front with the 4 screws but its not clear how I will be able to run the remote cable down to the solar charger?

anybody figured out how to get into here?

Hello,

There is a panel under the wood for the battery switches that can be removed to gain access to the backside. If you have to remove more than that send me an email so I might be able to help more, email is in my signature.

thanks. I assume the screw heads for these are buried in the carpet

You are correct, hopefully not fully buried in the rat fur.
