Adding a Sport Rack Cross Bar

We have a 2021 R25. I'd like to add an additional sport rack cross bar that attaches to the two smaller grab bars further forward on the top of the boat (closer to the stack). Has anyone had success doing this or found a manufacturer who can make this? We're in the Tacoma area.

I added two cross members onto and above the solar panel rack on my 2016 R-27. I used these cross members to store a small inflatable dingy. They used 1" stainless tees to attach to the existing solar panel rack. I had a Bimini frame and canvas built by the same company in the Anacortes area. The work was done in May 2018 and I' sorry I can't find a record or remember who did the work.
