All the deck lights don’t work

The switch at the helm panel doesn’t turn them on nor does it become lit when you toggle it on. The switch at the transom by the transom door doesn’t work either. Ideas?

I have the same problem. The breaker at the helm switch seems ok. Can’t find any fuse.

Have you jumped across the switch to see if the switch is bad? Is there 12v at the switch?

One of the two switches in that 3- way circuit may be bad, creating an open circuit no matter what you do. It's rare, but can happen. Put a meter on the prongs and see if the resistance goes to zero when you toggle. If not, you have a bad switch.

So I pushed/pulled the connections behind the helm to see if they were loose. Everything seemed tight and then the lights were working. Good news but also a little frustrating since I didn’t find a specific problem. Maybe a loose connection but it could have been the terminal on the switch. Only time will tell at the moment as troubleshooting a working circuit is not so easy.
