Ammeter Needle "Stuck"

Replaced dead Kisne Inverter/Charger on Cutwater 30 and all systems seem to be working normally. Batteries charging on shore power, all AC outlets functional, but AC needle seems stuck on Zero. Doesn't move when tapped.

I would start with pulling the AC panel to check the wiring behind the amp meter. There should be two small wires coming from the back of it. One should have a CT coil around the hot wire. If connections seem solid and continuity tests are good, its most likely a bad meter or the needle is stuck internally.
