Anacortes area mast repair

We keep our R-31, Strider, at Twin Bridges marina in Anacortes. A few weeks ago when coming back in I went up to the flybridge and saw that one of the wires that holds the antenna mast in place had worked its way loose (so only three were holding the mast). At the same time a large boat threw a wake that bent the mast forward very hard, and now it needs repairs.

There is some welding work needed, and a new hinge to attach to the mast again so it can be put up and down.

Does anyone have a lead on someone that could do this before the 4th week? The guys at Tom and Jerry's are going to work on it, but they are having a really tough time finding anyone that can fix it in a timely fashion.
