Anacortes Get-together before Rendezvous at Roche Harbor

For those boaters that will be in Anacortes Tuesday, Sept. 5, I invite you to a get-together at Village Pizza in Anacortes beginning around 5:30 p.m. Village Pizza is located in "Old Town" at 807 Commercial Avenue. It is about a 3 block walk from Cap Sante Marina.

I have reserved the banquet room on the second floor for our event. Meet some new tugnuts, greet some old friends, and come eat and socialize. Hey, we may all decide to travel together to Roche.

Village Pizza has a variety of pizza, calzones, delicious salads, pasta, hot sandwiches, etc. They make their own dough every morning and we like their food.

Please let me know if you would like to attend so I may let the staff know how many to expect. I need to know by August 30 if you want to attend.

Greetings Nita and Bob!

For the last three years, this event has been the highlight of the Rendezvous for us. It is a wonderful crowd of people and you do a fantastic job of getting us organized. Organizing Tugnuts is no small achievement.

Unfortunately we will not be making the Rendezvous this year and will miss the pizza party. Warm regards to you and to all our friends, old and new, that we will miss. Fair winds to all of you and we look forward to running into you (or better yet passing close aboard) another time.

John and Suzanne Bachelor are planning to be there. We will have finished our 2-day factory orientation on our new R-31CB just 5 days before the event so I'm pretty sure we will be the most inexperienced Ranger Tug owners there. As an aside, we happened to meet Jim and Lisa Favors in Refuge Cove in June of 2016 while cruising in our 23' Sea Ray. Their boat Kismet captured our imagination and now here we are joining the Ranger family. Looking forward to meeting all of you!

Hi Bob & Nita,

I am hoping to see you at the Village Pizza, Tuesday 9/2. All depends on how much I get done on the boat so I can splash it on Wednesday AM. It is a last minute venture for 2017 Rendezvous; flying to Anacortes Sunday 9/3 in the afternoon (if all goes well).
Leslie is staying home with the dog and contractors - repairing last year's storm damage.
