It takes a very special talent and stacks of knowledge to be competent enough to tackle this job.
Andrew has shown me on more than one occasion that he is at the top of his profession. My decades
of contact with chaps in like positions are such that you immediately know you're speaking to someone
intelligent, patient, and caring - when Andrew responds. Sadly, far too often, those in charge fail to
acknowledge just how good and vital a person (Andrew) is. I do trust the he is on the receiving end
of considerable praise. Looks like it from what I see here - congratulations Andrew !!
