I have another problem but thought best it get listed by itself so not lost.
I washed boat today after weekend trip and the bilge pump stopped pumping water , although I could still hear it running.
Simply had to take apart and remove junk that clogged it up. I expect I will have that for a time till bilge gets cleared of factory stuff.

Here is problem......while cleaning bilge pump I found a heavy gauge green wire. Im sure its a grounding or bonding wire?
One end is attached to the rudder head plate (or whatever its called) and the other end is loose. Where should the loose end be attached? It was too hot to look close. Will do that tomorrow.

This boat is even fun to wash heh heh. Absolutely love it.

Andrew fixed me up on this.
Thanks

I too had an issue with bilge pump "run-on" and it appears to be fixed now. I looked at the replacement "float switch" and noted two small circles embossed on the housing. Smaller than a dime, they are. These are where the sensors are located and must be kept clean. I gingerly inserted my fingers into the bilge and found the same circles on the switch installed and noticed that the surface thereof was rather slimy. Simply cleaning the surface seems to have sufficed to end the run-on. Hope this helps.

Thank you. Good advice.
Eric
