Another Wiper Question

Hi all
Need some help diagnosing an issue before I go looking for part (on a trip now).
Starboard wiper doesn’t work. The switch stays lit even in the off position. Bad switch?

That or a short somewhere. Gotta ring out the wiring to determine where. If the other works fine, likely issue is fron the switch onward

Just for posterity. I washed the windows and moved the wiper to the side. Magically began working again!
