Wow, nice video. 40mph is pretty awesome. Looks like that hull must get up on plane better than I would have thought. Also looks like they added a folding canvas "ceiling" to the head? Guess I don't need the 300hp CW-24, this 200hp R-23 does just fine. looking forward to additional reports and reviews.

Can't wait to hear your thoughts and review of the boat. What options did you end up going with?
 
She is an outboard with A/C, anchor package,bow thruster,inverter,macerator,underwater lights and windlass. I bought a 24xHD radar I'm installing on arrival. Can't wait!

Is the 24xHD a bolt on install to the existing bracket? I wanted the 24xHD as an option but was told it would not fit? Thanks.
 
I bought the radar because my boat did not have the factory option. We shall soon see if it fits...

Word from the factory is it won't fit unless we extend the bracket. I'm checking to try and exchange it for an 18 now. Thanks for the info Champ!!

Any updates? Have you received your R-23?
 
My R-23 is finally home in its lift! It was quite a journey with lots of of and downs. However, the wait was well worth every second. I've owned boats all of my adult life. This one could easily be the best ever. It rides like a dream. Cruising from 25 to 30 mph while getting 3.1 mpg. It pushes to 40 WOT. In 95 degree Louisiana heat the cross flow ventilation works wonderfully at speed. The extra cruising speed circulates while you sit in luxury that could only be found in a much larger vessel. I absolutely love this boat!
