Hello Tugnuts, I hope someone can help me with some info. I would like to put a draw under the oven on my RT31-cb. and I was wondering if there is space open under the oven and if so how much? Hopefully I can get this info before I cut a big whole there for no reason  My Tug is a 2015 and it seems like I could put a large pull out draw the width of the oven and deep enough to be of some use. Thanks for any help you can give.

If no one answers the oven comes out fairly easily. Four screws on top and 5 small ones at the bottom below the oven door. On my R-27 there is plenty of room. I have a door that flips down under the stove.

Yes, There is a lot of room under the oven. Our 31 has a cabinet door under the oven. We use the space to store pots and pans.

I think , but I am not sure that that is how the water heater would be removed. Take the oven out, then pull up the water heater.

Thanks for that information, I do appreciate it. Any further information will be helpful as well.

We have a 2014 R-31S with a factory installed door under the oven. Lots space for pots, pans, and other accessories. I should note we do not have AC, and I'm not sure if associated ducting/equipment might occupy that space.

Cheers,

Bruce

Thank you everyone for the info. I was able to get a space of 19" x 21' x 12" under the oven for storage as well as a small pullout spice rack ( 4"wide by 16" high and 18" deep along the side by the cabin door ( right under the propane switch) this worked well to hide small items I use to keep on the open rack that runs along the back of the sink and countertop. More usable space is always a good thing.
