I may be wrong, but when you post in "Ask The Factory", non-factory forum members cannot reply to the post, without sending a private message to the person requesting information.
If I am correct in the assertion, It would seem if you post in Ask The Factory and Chat or another forum section you may get faster responses.
While the factory has more knowledge and information than most of us will ever know about our boats there are some very knowledgeable boat owners on this forum.
