Battery Recharging

Inside storage with power. R27-OB 2019. Batt Bank #1 Zero reading. Cannot get Charger to replentish bank #1.
Banks #2 #3 are fine. What to do to get charger to id bank#1 needs charging and charge?

Turn parallel switch to on position to "excite" the circuit and the battery charger will recognize the dead battery. Once the charger starts charging the dead battery it should charge and hold charge . After it has a full charge I would disconnect the batteries from the house system and let them sit for a while then check voltage to see if they recovered and holding a full charge.

I would also figure out what caused the bank to die.
