BBQ strap down mount in locker - what kind?

Hi all. I have a white rectangle mount with a strap in the port locker under the cooler in the cockpit. I was told this was to mount a BBQ when not on the rail and fitted as standard by the factory? - but perhaps thats not the case? if this is a standard thing, anybody know which make and model BBQ fits this?

Ours still had the cardboard insid, after five years. But propane regulator had rusted out.
