Beeping sound when unlocking door

For some reason this year when I unlock the door on my R25 I hear a beep of some sort, it usually beeps once or twice more then stops. it didn't happen until this year. My boating neighbor thinks its a bird nest under the dock but it doesn't sound like a bird. Any idea of what it could be?

on my R25 the mid bilge randomly checks for water and it chirps when it does that. That may be what you hear.
