Hi, the Bimini on my 2012 R27 is starting to fall apart and in need of replacement. Is it possible to order an original replacement through Ranger Tugs or from your Bimini supplier? It is quite complex and made with three bolt ropes that fasten the forward end to the door roof and cabin roof on either side of the door. The complexity makes me reluctant to try and find a local supplier who may be making one like that for the first time. There are also plastic windows allowing visibility forward on either side of the door and entry step zips allowing tall people to enter without ducking under the Bimini. My Hull ID is FMLT2701D112 if that helps identify the Bimini. I've attached some pictures if that helps.

Thanks! GF

The canvas vendor used is:

Their name should be on a tag in your old Bimini.
The cost for a new Bimini canvas for our R-25 Classic was about $1k plus shipping. I imagine your 27 Classic would be a bit more. In October they were running 3-4 weeks lead time.

King Marine will have the pattern. I found it cheaper to use them instead of having a local shop try to duplicate it. You will have to install the snaps on the Bimini where they match with the snaps on the cabin roof.

King Marine for my R27. They wanted the old one shipped to them to use in making the new one. It was a little over $1,000.

KingMarine it is! Thanks all.

Just received a new bimini from King marine for my 2011 R27. Haven't yet stretched it on the frame nor installed the snaps, but it looks pretty good stretched out on the living room floor. They don't install the snaps, bit do sent a snap kit.
