Blue Tug in Martin Is. Lagoon, Columbia River

Got a quick 70mph glimpse of a blue Ranger Tug in Martin Lagoon this morning. I was headed to Kalama for breakfast with the Blue Max..
Anybody know who it was?

Hello, Steve,
We were in Martin Slough the night of the 19th and left on the 20th at about 8 am. Your 70 mph glimpse blurred your vision. Our 25 SC is Ranger Gray (metallic). We cruised on down to Walker Island, down to Cathlamet, back to Walker Island, then to Martin Slough and then to Scappoose slough to pull out on Mon. the 24th.
