Been getting info from the Fusion factory and thought I would share this part of an email :

None of the Fusion head units is built in a Bluetooth capabilities, in Jun 2013 we will receive an accessory device (dongle cable).

The MS-BT200 is a device (Dongle Cable) to connect thru the Sat Radio connection of the head unit and the you can stream the audio via Bluetooth they can do the Back track, forward track and pause, it will shows the information from the music in the display of the head unit, we will get an update software for the 700 series head units for these features.

The MS-BT100 is a device to connect thru the Aux input of the head unit and the customers can stream the audio via Bluetooth they can do the Back track, forward
track and pause, the customers can see information from the music on the cell phones. (This device is the only option for the MS-XX600 series head units but it can work with the MS-XX700 series head units)

If you have in mind to add Sirius XM tuner you will need to use need the MS-BT100 thru Aux input.

Too funny. I was just communicating with the Fusion people. The technician mentioned the same thing about the bluetooth option. I searched the internet and it brought me right here.

We will definitely look into getting a Bluetooth adapter. Seems it is the best way to go.

Did some research and I picked up a BlueGate Bluetooth Receiver & Adapter with A2DP Wireless Technology from amazon for $30. It plugs into the Aux. It will work with most Bluetooth devices such as android phones.

I got this unit and it has worked great and has long range. Also I had an issue with the first one I had and he resent me a new one right away. I had an Alpine head unit , I installed in my last boat with Bluetooth added and it was a bit buggy sometimes, this unit has been great and easy to use. The long range is not necessary but it means there is enough power I can hide it if I want. It is a bit pricey though..also it will send and receive so if you have two you can send music from a non Bluetooth unit.
