boarding ladder weight rating?

I have a C-302 , when my front ladder off the pulpit is deployed it seems to angle forward a little. My question is if I try to board from it I feel like it is going to break, its making a cracking noise and flexing. Granted I weigh 250 lbs .Does any one know how much it is rated for. I DEFENATELY don't want to break the bow pulpit

Don't have an answer to your question but, I tried stepping on the bow ladder of my C28 and found the flexing of the pulpit a bit spooky. I weigh about 160.
