You can order bedding made to size from Yacht Bedding. I bought mattress toppers, sheets and a coverlet from them two years ago. It's pricy but very comfortable!!

I purchased a V-berth sleeping bag from www.rvsuperbag.com The sleeping bag has a summer and winter side. The sleeping bag comes with a sheet that is held in place with Velcro.

I bought everything I needed from Bed Bath and Beyond. We used 3 inch memory foam and king sized sheets. I removed the cushions and placed them together on top of the memory foam and used that as my template. Just remember to make the memory foam a little smaller to allow for the side cushions. The sheets were done the same way, but a bit longer to tuck under the foam. Then we just use blankets.
