Somehow being on the boat with friends enjoying music and drinks looses something when you are 4 ft above a frozen lake .. Still nice to be aboard though 🙂 Can't wait for spring !

I was thinking the same while clearing the driveway after the blizzard. My measurement for how much snow I remove is the number of tanks of gas I use in the snow blower. 3 tankfulls this afternoon, a new record! Same driveway and same snow blower for over 25 years.

I will go to the marina tomorrow to clear snow off of Little Debbie.

Just got back from a cruise around Lake Union with Lyman aboard Zuma. While there was little recreational traffic, we did spy a little R-21 tied up at Joey's at the south end of the lake.

While it was overcast and cool, we were able to be comfortable inside with the heater going......

What a great life we lead.......

Thanks for rubbing it in David 🙂 Howard ..same here a ton of snow big change from last year ..

Home in the shop working on installing TR1 on the kicker. Got the panther motor lift all dialed in too. Having that kicker working 100% sure give us a sense of reliability......just as soon as the lake thaws out, we're on it. At this rate it may be June before that happens. Still working on that Grey water capture system. Got it just about figured out with the new tank purchased for the job. Going to use a manual Whale sub-surface mount on the galley top to evacuate the dish water. Pics to follow when finished.

* Enjoy that Snow, it was all of 45deg here today but that's way better than 36 inches of snow. Summers just around the corner I can feel it.

74 here..... No icebergs around !! 🙂

It was a great day to cruise, that was my son and I parked near Joey's. We decided to lunch at Dukes then tour around for a couple more hours. Can't wait for warmer weather and longer days!

Boat blues too when putting back in fresh water after a great Rendezvous and cruise and scraping bugs off the radome after the long tow home, still feeling the side to side motion of being on the water.......

You guys sure know how to rub it in 🙂 Glad there are a bunch of you out there still tugging around. Keep you adventures posted as I have to live through your experiences for a couple more months.

Report from Ft. Myers Beach, FL:

Southeast winds 10 to 15 Knots
Seas 2 to 3 feet
Bay and Inland Waters a moderate chop
78 degrees with a low of 63 tonight

My wife bought a sign on Boca Grande that says:

BEACH
If you are lucky enough to live on the water,
You are lucky enough!

As my wife says, "On the boat, we always have waterfront property". And even better, if we don't like our neighbors we can move in minutes!
