On a couple boats I have seem small crane systems. Any ideas on where to find/get one? (For kayaks and stuff).

Mine was built and installed by Ranger Tugs while building my boat. It's very handy for pulling a kayak up to the cabin top!
 
Another resource is St Croix Davits . We have been happy with their products for many years .
