BOAT OPERATION MANUAL?

We just bought a 2015 R-29S from an owner in Alabama and had it shipped to us in Michigan. When it arrived today, I looked through both of the black briefcases containing information on all of the boat's systems, and was unable to find any sort of operation manual from Ranger Tugs for the actual boat itself. How can I obtain one?
 
Lots of justifiable moaning about no overall manual for many models. Factory says they are working on creating them....
