We have a 2021 Cutwater 28 and I am going to be storing in our driveway with no trailer. Would like to know how many stands I need to build, where to place them and the dimensions. Thanks in advance

Blocking in two places with wood cribbing, along centerline, you could get by safely with a couple of the boat stands at the rear. You could also use 4 bys or 6 bys, cut to length at the rear and not have to buy stands. I used to do that with my 30 x 12 Commander, which weighed about 15k.

I would strongly suggest two stands at the stern placed just forward of the transom and at least two stands about 2/3 of the way forward. As mentioned the weight of the boat should be supported by wooden cribbing under the keel at at least two places. I use 6x6 cribbing and 6 Brownell jack stands for my boat. The stands are adjustable and not that expensive (~$200 each) and in my opinion are worth the money since they last for many years.
